All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Rates are per night for single/double occupancy and do not include NC Sales and Occupancy taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice except for reservations secured with a deposit. The full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit/debit card when the reservation is confirmed. During peak weekends, there may be a minimum stay requirement. There is an extra charge of $50 a day for each additional person sharing a room beyond double occupancy where applicable (i.e., Bamboo King Suite).

For Weddings, Special Events, Holidays, Concierge Services, and High Demand Periods, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required.
Check-in is from 4 pm until 9 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. As a small inn, we do not accept walk-ins, and we can not accept unexpected early check-ins. Late check-ins can only be accommodated when prearranged. Guests that have not arrived by 9 pm and have not made late arrival arrangements will be charged as no-shows. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive when you reserve your stay, or simply give us a call to confirm your approximate arrival time a day or so before your stay.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel or postpone your stay. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly so we ask you to please review our rates and policies before making reservations. If you notify us of such a need at least two weeks prior to your reserved stay, we will be happy to refund your deposit, minus a 25% service charge or minimum $25 handling fee. If you need to cancel after the 14th day prior to your reserved stay, we will do our best to re-book your room with another guest. If we are successful, we will gladly refund your deposit, minus the $25 handling fee. If we are unsuccessful and the room goes unreserved, you will forfeit your deposit. In the event of a no-show, the full room charge for the entire period reserved will be charged.
If you need to alter your reservation to stay fewer days than originally booked, you are responsible for the full cost of your reservation if the change is not made prior to 14 days of the start of the scheduled stay. If, however, we are able to rebook the unused portion of your reservation, you will not be charged for that portion. Only a $25 handling fee will apply.
Pets & Children:
We love them both, but our insurance policy does not allow us to accept pets. Children over the age of 12 can be accommodated with an adult in any of our rooms.
We are unable to accommodate pets but will assist you in locating luxury pet accommodations.
Smoking, candles and incense:
For the safety of our property and the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed in the inn. Smoking is permitted in designated areas located on the outside garden areas only. Open-flame candles and incense burning are also prohibited. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an automatic $250 fee charged to your credit card on file.
